Developers and users are often found in the OpenAnno IRC channel on the FreeNode servers. To participate, you can either use an IRC client or simply go to Mibbit.

Webclient (Mibbit): start (Doesn't need any special plugins or programs)

Everyone is always welcome there, but please do follow some rules of conduct!
